Austin Bumpus is the social media manager at the Institute for Experiential AI (EAI). In this role, Austin manages the Institute’s organic and paid social media presence, including content creation, strategy, and analysis.

Before joining EAI, Austin worked as the digital marketing manager for Menlo College in California, managing social media, email marketing, websites, paid advertising, and other digital initiatives. Prior to moving to the West Coast, Austin worked in government and journalism in Boston, with stops at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission, Boston 25 News, and The Boston Globe.

Austin grew up in New Hampshire and earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Emerson College in Boston. Most of his free time is spent petting his cat Poppy, and he is otherwise counting down the days, hours, or minutes until the next New England Patriots game kicks off.
