As a senior writer and content creator at EAI, Tyler Lynch is responsible for crafting press releases, newsletters, articles, and other marketing and communications collateral about the institute and its advancements in AI.

He has worked as a journalist, staff writer, social media manager, and editor for several major news outlets, including Gannett and The New York Times. His writing has been published in The New York Times, USA Today, Vice, Slate, HuffPost, Business Insider, Gizmodo, Wirecutter, Reviewed, Sierra Magazine, Yes! Magazine, The Rumpus, and others.

Tyler has helped dozens of clients ramp up their marketing efforts by producing content for landing pages, e-books, social media posts, articles, press releases, and product launches. He has attended trade shows and press events around the world and has interviewed numerous CEOs, scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs.

Tyler, who also writes fiction, is currently a member of a writers collective called Artful Writers. He previously volunteered as a teaching assistant at The Telling Room, a Portland, Maine-based nonprofit center for young writers. Tyler’s fiction is mostly of the sci-fi variety, and can be found in the science fiction section of Motherboard and literary journals including Porter House Review, McSweeney’s, and Permafrost. He graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in English and textual studies.
