Anna Fiorentino is a senior writer and content creator for EAI. She has been a journalist and storyteller for 20 years and now splits her time between magazine and science writing. Her recent work has appeared in National Geographic, Outside, AFAR, and the Boston Globe, and she is a regular contributor for Maine magazine.
As a communications and development consultant, Anna has written and edited news releases, features, brochures, website content, case studies, donor reports, and events material on topics including cancer research for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, predicting genetic risk for the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, and the West African Ebola epidemic for Partners In Health. She has interviewed everyone from Curt Schilling to George Church.
Earlier in her career, Anna was a senior writer/editor for Dartmouth College’s engineering school and a leading global nonprofit called Education Development Center. She was also a staff reporter at the Portland Press Herald and a correspondent for the Boston Globe. She lives in Portland, Maine, and has a healthy obsession with playing tennis and skiing.
