Director of Business Development

The Institute for Experiential AI is seeking a qualified candidate to our Director of Business Development position.

The Director of Business Development will design, build, and execute the Institute for Experiential AI’s growth strategy and lead business teams tasked with ambitious growth goals who execute complex sales processes. Our base of potential clients exists across a wide variety of business sizes and industry verticals, and the team you oversee will have to be able to successfully operate in a unique business environment. Building an organization with the optimal personnel and structure will be critical to your performance as the EAI’s Director of Business Development. A successful candidate will be carry their own quota as well as coaching a team of account executives (i.e., a player-coach role).
