Events & Experiences Manager

The Events & Experiences Manager will work in collaboration with other members of the team to coordinate the event services necessary for the successful production of events hosted or sponsored by the Institute for Experiential AI.

The Events & Experiences Manager will independently manage the planning and logistics of various in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, including:

  1. On-campus events, conferences, and panels at the Boston and Portland campuses
  2. Virtual and hybrid events, such as the EAI Seminar Series
  3. EAI membership events hosted in Boston and Portland
  4. Participation of EAI faculty and staff in relevant industry and academic conferences

The Events & Experiences Manager is responsible for ensuring that the multitude of details and mechanics required to execute high-quality special events are flawlessly orchestrated from start to finish. They must also demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possess high levels of customer service and professionalism, particularly in stressful situations. They must be available for occasional evening/weekend hours and able to travel as needed for events.
