Aatmesh Shrivastava is an assistant professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests include self-powered and ultra-low-power circuits and systems, energy-harvesting and analog computing, hardware for AI, Internet-of-Things (IoT), and ultra-low power bio-medical and neural circuits.

Shrivastava serves as an associate editor for the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ Open Journal on Circuits and Systems. Before joining Northeastern, Shrivastava worked as a senior design director at an IoT startup called Everactive. There, he led the research and development of energy harvesting and power management solutions. Prior to that, he worked as a senior design engineer at Texas Instruments. Shrivastava earned his doctoral degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and has a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications engineering from India’s Birla Institute of Technology.
