Caroline Tracy
Program Manager, AI Solutions Hub
Caroline Tracy is a program manager for the AI Solutions Hub at the Institute for Experiential AI at Northeastern University. She is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in finance and information technology. Before joining the AI Solutions Hub, Tracy worked at AllianceBernstein, where she was the head of strategy and innovation for Bernstein Private Wealth. She began her career in investment management on the business side as a FINRA-licensed private wealth associate, supporting high-net-worth clients. She later transitioned to IT, where her career at AllianceBernstein was marked by successive roles of increasing responsibility and impact.
Tracy established and managed a global project management office of more than 25 IT program and project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts. While building the program, she focused on optimizing project delivery processes and implementing standardized systems development life cycle methodologies. Her team delivered critical IT initiatives across several verticals including digital, customer relationship management, business process management, investment planning and analysis, and client reporting. Her responsibilities also extended to strategic planning, training development, troubled project recovery, budget management, request for information and proposal management, and executive-level reporting and communications.
Tracy holds an M.Phil. with distinction in international peace studies from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor of Arts in European studies and Spanish from the University of Limerick, Ireland. She is a certified ScrumMaster and has completed continuing education programs in project management and leadership at institutions such as Harvard Extension School and the University of Southern Maine.
Originally from Ireland, Tracy lives in the Portland area with her husband and three children.
