David De Cremer is the Dunton Family Dean of the D'Amore-McKim School of Business and professor of management and technology at Northeastern University, an affiliated faculty member at the Institute for Experiential AI at Northeastern University and an affiliated researcher at the Center for Collective Intelligence at MIT. He is the founder of the Centre on AI Technology for Humankind (AiTH) in Singapore, a former member of the scientific committee at AI Singapore, with a focus on AI governance, a member of EY's advisory board for their global AI projects and the author of "Leadership by Algorithm: Who leads and who follows in the AI era?" (Harriman House) and more recently (2024) "The AI-savvy leader; 9 ways to take back control and make AI work" (Harvard Business Review Press) His work has appeared in most of the top journals in management and social psychology, and in more applied outlets like Harvard Business Review, the Financial Times, the Economist, the Wall Street Journal, and many others, earning him accolades as a Thinkers50 thought leader (Radar), a World Top 30 management guru and speaker, and World top 2% scientist.
