Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Dongqin Zhou is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute for Experiential AI, where he is mentored by Prof. Auroop Ganguly. His research focuses on urban traffic management, infrastructure resilience, and environmental sustainability through the use of deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
Before joining the Roux Institute, Zhou earned his Ph.D. in 2024 from Pennsylvania State University, specializing in deep reinforcement learning-based perimeter control methods. He received his bachelor’s degree in traffic engineering from Southeast University in 2019.
