Hilary Farrell Prosnitz joined Northeastern University, Charlotte; Bouvé College of Health Sciences; and the Institute for Experiential AI as director of research development in July 2023. As part of the AI + Health team, she supports institute faculty and research scientists to identify and develop initiatives for new research collaborations, especially in the rapidly growing Charlotte region.

She is a strong supporter of team science and has experience partnering with researchers on numerous types of grant applications and sponsored projects, including program project/center grants, training grants, and multi-PI grants. She received a bachelor of arts degree from Brown University and a master’s in education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
