Steve Johnson is a senior fellow & advisor at the Institute for Experiential AI. Steve is a seasoned executive with a track record of building innovative technologies into successful enterprises. Steve started his career by founding Johnson-Grace Company with a compression technology he patented enabling fast, easy distribution of images, sound, and video over narrowband dial-up.
Johnson-Grace was purchased by AOL, where Steve was VP Technology Development responsible for bringing leading-edge media, telephony and broadcast products to market. During the subsequent two decades, he’s founded several technology companies, most recently as CEO of Notable Systems, an AI-based document solutions company.
Steve is also a fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard's Kennedy School writing about Internet regulation and a senior fellow and advisor at Northeastern’s Institute of EAI.
