Experiential AI Research Fellow
Northeastern seeks postdoctoral candidates in AI and is also open to candidates with backgrounds beyond computer science to grow its cadre of scholars at the Institute for Experiential AI (EAI). During a two-year postdoctoral appointment, EAI Fellows will have opportunities to take classes in AI and relevant disciplinary areas and work with Northeastern’s Experiential AI faculty mentors. Each mentor has identified one or more important research problems for a talented postdoctoral fellow to solve while establishing a career in AI.
Successful applicants will spend two years at the Roux Institute in Portland, Maine, mentored by a team of EAI faculty mentors from Boston/Portland. At the conclusion of the program postdoctoral fellows may be considered for faculty and research scientist/faculty appointments at the Roux Institute in Portland, Maine, or at one of Northeastern’s other eight campuses.
All questions can be emailed to: Professor Jennifer Dy, Director of AI Faculty, EAI, ([email protected]) with cc to: Annabelle Feliz ([email protected]). The projects and affiliated teams working in Experiential AI and seeking postdoctoral fellows as part of this program can be found below.
