AI in Action · Virtual Conversation
About the conversation
AI is taking on tasks that once gave early-career employees
opportunities to practice, make mistakes, and develop judgment.
What happens when those employees are expected to think
strategically before they have built that experience?
This AI in Action conversation explores how employers can adapt
hiring, assignments, training, and mentoring to recognize potential
and develop the capabilities their teams need. Attendees will
examine how to assess candidates’ problem-solving and judgment
when AI can help produce polished work, and how co-ops,
experiential learning, and project partnerships can help people
build and demonstrate those abilities.
